Editorial Process
Quotes and Ordering Services
Your project begins with our examining your work and providing you with a quote and an estimated completion date. Quotes are provided without obligation and include all charges. If you are uncertain which service to order, we will gladly review your work and advise you without charge.
Quotes can only be provided for complete and final manuscript versions. We cannot calculate your quote from a sample or description of your work.

Most projects require a deposit equal to 25% to 50% of the quote. See Payment Information for payment methods.
You will receive notice of when your project has begun. During the editing of your document, your editor will contact you as needed for content clarification or to alert you to problems outside of the scope of the project which might affect its success.

Please apply for a discount when requesting a quote. Only one discount may be applied to a project. Approval for a discount will be indicated in the quote.
About Our Rates
Many of our service rates are expressed as a range, to allow you to approximately cost your project before requesting a quote. Quotes represent the final fee and are based on a no-obligation review of your manuscript to determine its degree of difficulty and estimated time for completion. Quotes remain valid for seven days and include any applicable processing and taxes, requested services such as rush orders or conversion to other formats, and approved discounts.

Depending on our project scheduling, rush orders can be accommodated. Please contact us for more information.
Account Settlement and Deliverables
You will be notified upon completion of your project so you can settle your account. We will then deliver the project to you upon receiving the balance of the fee. Deliverables are to be accepted as rendered and any request for alterations must be received by us within two business days of project delivery. Excluding reasonable requests for advice or technical assistance during the project's completion, additional services requested by the client will be invoiced and paid prior to project delivery. ARW Editors may require that any check or money order received from the client be cleared before project commencement or delivery.
Client Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights
ARW Editors does not discuss concepts or details of projects with anyone other than the author. We assume no copyright or credit following the full payment of fees as stated in our project quote.
While we will make every effort to bring questionable material to your attention during your project, ARW Editors is not responsible in any way for any alleged libel or copyright infringement committed at any time before or following project submission and completion.
